Ujoy Pet ("we", "us") operates ujoypet.com and its product enquiry pages. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us about OEM, ODM or private label supply, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your information.
1. Information we collect
- Enquiry details you send us: your name, business email address, company or brand name, destination country, buyer type, estimated order quantities, and anything you write in the message field.
- Contact by email or WhatsApp: the contents of your messages and your contact identifiers, so we can reply and keep the conversation in context.
- Basic technical data: standard server and analytics information (pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type) used to understand how our pages perform. Where analytics cookies are used, they are for aggregate measurement, not advertising profiles.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry with pricing, product specifications, documentation and sample arrangements.
- To prepare quotations, produce and ship orders you place with us, and provide after-sales support.
- To improve our products, pages and response quality.
We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.
3. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when necessary to fulfil your request — for example with the manufacturing facility preparing your quotation or samples, or a logistics provider arranging a shipment — and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
4. Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and are deleted on request (see Section 6) unless we are required to keep them for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal documents through the enquiry form.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion. Email sales@ujoypet.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
